Overview
XBC series of diesel engine fire pump sets is a new type of fire emergency device developed by our company after following such standards strictly as GB6245-2006 and NFPA20.When fire breaks out in a building, its power supply system will go wrong so that electric fire pumps cannot be put into operation normally, but an XBC fire pump can be put into operation automatically to ensure normal fire-fighting to guarantee safety of life and properties effctively. This series has wide ranges of working flow and pressure, applicable for different emergencies and places where no power supply is available. According to related water pumps, it includes four major series:XBC-ALNS, XBC-IS, XBC-D and XBC-ZX.

XBC series of diesel engine fire pump sets works with various domestic and foreign famous diesel engines which are connected to fire pumps with high elastic couplings to make a pump set, and the pump set also includes such external parts as diesel oil boxes, radiators, accumulators and special fire-fighting cabinets (for fully automatic control sets).According to the system's control principle, it has two control modes: manual and fully automatic.
1.Manual control includes two types: manual starting and semi automatic starting of the system. Manual starting : the diesel engine is started by means of manual operation of the rocker to rotate the diesel engine, and such a starting type is for low-power portable pump pump sets generally:semi automatic starting: the diesel engine pump is started b y means of the starter motor. After the diesel engine pump set is started, it's necessary to regulate its throttle and rotation speed manually until it reaches the rated speed for running. The entire running process is finished with the local instrument box and the running state shall be monitored manually form time to time lest the system may go wrong.

When the system receives an effective fire signal or the electric motor fire pump's power supply system
is power-off or open-phase or receives a remote starting signal, it will send a staring signal to the pump
set's starter motor immediately to start the mootor so that thediesel engin is in an idle speed state, and then regulate the diesel engine'throttle gradually to accelate the diesel engine up to the rated speed.The control system monitors the diesel engine's working state from time to time to check whether its oil pressure,, water temperature and other indications are normal and whether system finds that the diesel engine is not started normally it will send a signal automatically to restart the diesle endine, and if starting fails for three time , it will send a starting falure alarm autmatically.
