The electrical diaphragm pump for powder is featured of high transportation efficiency, non-blocking, excellent sealing, various materials etc. The powder pump supplied by us can be applied in various dry powder like coating material, carbon powder, clay/kaolin, limestone powder, plastic particles, flour, grain particles etc light powder and particles. The pneumatic diaphragm pump is of total sealing pumping mode to transport the powder directly from containers to reaction tanks, reducing the dust pollution  
 
Features:
1.Due to the non-dead-point air valve, and auto airflow distribution and fluidization induction system, the pneumatic diaphragm pump performance is quite reliable and has a minimum trouble rate. 2. Avoiding the blocking phenomena caused by firmly pressed in traditional pressure transportation, greatly improving the transportation efficiency. 3.The fluidized air and transporting air can be further separated to avoid material being oxidized or humid when contacting with air. 4.The diaphragm pump structure is compact, can be moved easily, easy to install, can act as a substitute of some big and expensive equipment. 5. Mild internal sharing force, the passing particles dia. can be up to 9.4mm, ensuring the material integrity 6.The pumped powder bulk density can be up to 800kg/m3, and pumping height can reach 4m.
