1, IS type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump according to the international standard ISO2858 performance and size design, mainly by the pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, seal ring, sleeve and suspension bearings are composed.
2. The pump body and pump cover of the IS type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump are divided from the back of the impeller, that is, the commonly referred to as the rear door structure. Its advantage is convenient maintenance, maintenance does not move the pump body, suction pipe, discharge pipe and motor, just remove the middle coupling of the extension coupling, you can exit the rotor part for maintenance.
3, the pump housing (that is, the pump body and the pump cover) constitute the pump studio. Impeller, shaft and rolling bearing are the rotor of the pump. The suspension bearing component supports the rotor part of the pump, and the rolling bearing is subject to the radial and axial forces of the pump.
4, in order to balance the axial force of the pump, most pump impeller before and after are provided with a sealing ring, and the impeller back cover is provided with a balance hole, because some pump axial force is not large, the impeller back without a sealing ring and balance hole.
5. The axial sealing ring of the pump is composed of a packing gland, packing ring and packing to prevent air intake or a large amount of water leakage. If the impeller of the pump is balanced, the cavity equipped with soft packing is communicated with the inlet of the impeller. If the liquid at the inlet of the impeller is in a vacuum state, it is easy to take air along the surface of the shaft sleeve. Therefore, the packing ring is installed in the packing chamber through the small hole on the pump cover, and the pressure water in the pump room is led to the packing ring for sealing. If the impeller of the pump does not have a balance hole, because the liquid pressure on the back of the impeller is greater than atmospheric pressure, there is no air leakage problem, so the packing ring is not installed.
6, in order to avoid shaft wear, the shaft through the packing cavity is equipped with shaft sleeve protection. There must be an O-ring between the shaft sleeve and the shaft to prevent air intake or water leakage along the mating surface.
7, the transmission mode of the pump is connected with the motor through the extension of the elastic coupling, the rotation direction of the pump, from the driving end, for the clockwise rotation.
